Do You Use the Correct Personal Protective Equipment?

Did you know the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain work environments? Employers must determine if PPE is required in your work area, however, it’s your responsibility to know where to locate, how to use and maintain the proper PPE for your job. That means knowing if regular safety glasses or goggles are called for, hard hat or bump cap, should you use ear muffs, plugs or both?
