Let’s Talk about Safety…

When it comes to your safety training program, training on communication skills may not be the first topic to come to mind. It might seem as though providing training on safe work procedures should be enough, but what happens when an employee see a co-worker taking a short-cut or using unsafe work practices? Do your employees know how to handle these situations effectively?
People don’t always take kindly when being told what to do, or how to perform a certain task. There are ways to communicate effectively, without hurting someone’s feelings or pride.
