Course Overview


Currently, over 10 million people in the United States have a measurable hearing loss. Hearing loss can often be prevented by protecting oneself against excessive noise. This online video training course educates viewers about hearing conservation and safety. This video training explores the Occupational Noise Exposure Standard as defined by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This course also demonstrates the proper use of protective equipment such as ear muffs, ear plugs and canal caps. The hearing test process is also shown.
