This training demonstrates the problem-causing behaviors some team members exhibit that tend to create problems in the office. These types of coworkers are negative, not helpful, and make working together difficult. The course uses a narrative approach, and a comedy improv group to model the nine, frustrating coworker traits. This ranges from saying inappropriate things to team members, gossiping, and being negative. In the video, after each scenario, it is explained why these situations are problematic at the workplace. Help employees recognize some of these tendencies within their own work habits to try to avoid putting strain on the team.
