According to a report published by the Bureau of Justice Statistics, a total of 17,865 workers were victims of workplace homicides from 1992 to 2019. The Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) has clear guidance on ensuring a workplace free from death and serious injury, which employers must follow to promote safe conditions.
