Preventing Slips, Trips and Fall at your Hotel

Walking through a parking lot you hit a patch of ice. Slip.
You missed that step walking into the lobby. Trip.
You hit a patch of water walking around the pool. Fall.
There are countless slip, trip and fall hazards around a hotel. Anyone, from an employee to a guest, could be susceptible to an accident. According to OSHA, Slips, trips, and falls cause 15% of accidental deaths, second to car accidents for fatalities. 

Slips, Trips, and Falls: Hotels” is a Video On Demand training course providing workers with information on how to recognize and remedy slip, trip and fall hazards before they become cause for emergencies.

The course demonstrates the difference causes of slips, trips and falls specific to the hotel-setting. Then the video explains how through awareness employees can prevent accidents from happening, as well as react appropriately should a guest or another employee fall.
